The Coop
The Coop is a comfortable, spacious two-floor guest apartment.
Built in 2018 (homeowners occupy the main house), beautifully furnished with modern appliances. Master bedroom and bath are on ground floor, upstairs is a full (double) bed and twin bunks. The great room has a 100” projector screen for tv, and a gas fireplace, with a/c units in each room. Additionally, guests enjoy use of the large shared mudroom and grassy front yard with gazebo. Walk to the river or bike to the trail system nearby on Cady Hill. Stowe Village is 5 minutes away. Recently installed fiber optic internet in case you need to stay connected!
